Before contacting a solar company please consider the following seven points:

1. Where are the panels manufactured?
Make sure you check out the brands of panels that are being used as not all panels are created equal. Our suppliers work directly with us to provide the finest quality controlled monocrystalline cell panels.

2. Will they help you claim the REC’s you are entitled to?
Some companies will provide you with a rebate and will take the REC’s you are entitled to. This can save you time in trying to sell them yourself. However they should also give you the option to sell them yourself if you want to.

3. Do they Provide warranties on the panels and inverter?
Check to see what the warranties are. The standard is around 20-25 years for panels and 10 years for the inverter

4. Is the company Clean Energy Council accredited?
The Clean Energy Council (CEC) is the peak body and represents energy efficiency and clean energy.

5. Do they have licensed installers
Check if they install themselves or contract this out. They should be licensed electricians that are BCSE accredited. Our panels are fully installed by our accredited BCSE installers.

6. How long have they been in business?
When you have a product with a 25 year warranty you want to make sure the company or the manufacturer has been in business for a considerable amount of time already or will be around for the future.

7. Will they help you chose the right system?
